Heather McCarthy
Owner & Co-Founder
Heather McCarthy is the co-founder and managing partner of Gold León Capital Partners; a privately held, multifamily investment company. Heather started her career in the service industry over 25 years ago, quickly being promoted through management, accounting, and various HR positions. Currently, Heather is an executive for a small team of aviation and technology professionals who provide an electronic logbook for pilots, and manages a dynamic suite of people, projects, and policy. Heather places her highest values on integrity, community, honesty, compassion, diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. Outside of work, Heather enjoys playing bass and singing, flying, scuba diving, bike riding in the beautiful pacific NW, hiking, and spending time with her daughter and family.
Danny Leon
Owner & Co-Founder
Danny Leon is the co-founder and managing partner of Gold León Capital Partners; a privately held, multifamily investment company. Danny has over 20 year of hands-on experience within the real estate market. His experience brings to the table calculated and professional insights into architecture, additions and remodels with a specialization in kitchens and bath. An excellent problem solver, Danny is able to assess situations and visualize solutions for any scenario. Anyone who has ever met Danny would tell you his contagious energy and interactions will leave you with a smile on your face. In his free time, Danny enjoys fitness, being creative and building things, and spending time with friends and family. He is constantly improving the qualities of life of the people around him.
